The Archbishop of Canterbury goes political on Easter, “There are serious ethical questions about sending asylum seekers overseas.”

During his Easter sermon, Justin Welby the Archbishop of Canterbury used his platform to slam Boris Johnsons plan to protect the country by sending illegal migrants to Rwanda for processing.

During his televised speech to the nation, the Archbishop of Canterbury said: “There are serious ethical questions about sending asylum seekers overseas…the principal must stand the judgement of God, and it cannot…subcontracting out our responsibilities…..is the opposite of the nature of God.. “
