Leaked photographs show Boris Johnson toasting at a Downing Street farewell party during the second lockdown.
ITV showed four photos that were leaked of Boris Johnson drinking behind a table with food and wine bottles.
Images taken on November 13, 2020, eight days after the Prime Minister ordered a second nationwide lockdown.
The pictures were shot during Lee Cain’s farewell party on November 13, 2020.
Mr Johnson enforced England’s second nationwide lockdown eight days earlier.
No. 10 spokeswoman: “The Cabinet Office and the Met Police have had access to all information relevant to their investigations, including photographs.”
Sue Gray will publish her findings in the coming days, and the PM will address Parliament in full.
Dominic Cummings, who used to be the PM’s adviser, said that photos are expected to be released within the next 48hrs showing that Boris Johnson lied to the Commons and the police.
Mr Cummings remarked on his blog, “I expect photos of the PM to emerge within 24-48 hours.”
“Any reasonable person looking at some of these photos will only be able to conclude that the PM obviously lied to the Commons, and possibly to the cops, and there is no reasonable story for how others were fined for event X but not him.”
Downing Street confirmed last week that the PM won’t face further lockdown penalties.
Mr Johnson was fined for his 56th birthday cake but not for November 13.
