In an interview on Sky News, Jacob Rees-Mogg ran rings around Kay Burley, who did everything to maintain her attack on Boris Johnson after a vote of confidence was called this morning.

You turned the “volume up for your readers – That was a bit miserable really.” Kay Burley mocked by Jacob Rees-mogg over video showing Boris Johnson being booed.

The gleeful Kay Burley was soon shut down after Mr Rees-Mogg outed her agenda for increasing the volume on a video showing the PM being booed on the steps of St Paul’s Cathedral.

The Tory cabinet minister said, you turned the “volume up for your readers – That was a bit miserable really.”

Kay Burley then went on to ask Rees-Morgan “so you’ll listen to the people in Somerset, but don’t really want to listen to the people booing on the steps of St Paul’s?”

Jacob responded by saying, “I will listen to the good people of Somerset who have great wisdom.”
