A sex offender who used concealed cameras inside coat hangers to record naked children has been imprisoned.
The guy was discovered with 12,529 obscene photographs of minors, including nearly 2,000 of the most heinous kind.
A guy was sentenced to prison for secretly filming nude women and children by concealing cameras in coat hangers and water bottles.
Dean Gordon, 41, guilty to sexually abusing a young girl and taking indecent pictures of minors, as well as possessing extreme pornographic images and a prohibited image of a minor.
In August 2021, police from the North East Borough Command Unit’s online child sex abuse and exploitation team (OCSAE) searched Gordon’s home in Leytonstone, east London, and discovered numerous videos of children being secretly recorded, as well as camera devices hidden inside objects such as a water bottle and coat hooks.
Gordon had 12,529 obscene photographs of minors in total, including nearly 2,000 of the most severe Category A images.
This includes 436 photos of the many juvenile victims he secretly taped for his own sexual gratification.
According to the court, the 41-year-old approached families with female youngsters and photographed them nude or semi-naked.
In one instance, he sexually raped a little child while she slept and videotaped himself molesting her.
There were also other films of nude women discovered.
He appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Wednesday and was sentenced to six years and eight months in jail.
