After a convicted male double rapist in Scotland claimed to be Transgender, under new Transgender rules in Scotland the convicted male rapist could now be moved to an all female prison even though the rapist is a man.
With this, MSP Douglas Ross, Leader of the Scottish Tories put the SNP leader and Scottish First Minister on the spot asking Nicola Sturgeon if she thought it was right for a transwoman (man claiming to be a woman) double rapist be transferred to an all female prison?
