As Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky puts out the begging bowl in Brussels, most of the European leaders were clapping in celebration of the war time President being in their presence.
There was one exception, Hungarian PM, Viktor Orban, who does have quite a close relationship with Vladimir Putin. It was clear that he wanted nothing to do with the Ukrainian leader as he stood with his hands by his sides while other leaders were clapping like seals.
